Its registered address is Shop B121, 1st Floor, Yifa Commercial Comprehensive Wholesale Plaza, Airport Road, Baiyun District. Since its establishment, the company has deeply rooted in the cosmetics and related fields for many years, consistently delivering high-quality services.

Initially a sole proprietorship enterprise (natural person), it completed the enterprise type change to a limited liability company (invested in and controlled by natural persons) in November 2021. The shareholders were adjusted to Huang Li (holding 99% of the shares) and Huang Zelong (holding 1% of the shares). As an enterprise in the wholesale industry, its business covers core sectors including the wholesale and retail of cosmetics and hygiene products, as well as the production and processing of makeup tools.

Its product range includes high-quality NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber), NR (Natural Rubber) latex puffs and non-latex puffs, with customization services available. In 2019, the company established a factory in Quannan, Ganzhou, Jiangxi. Later, due to the need for expanded factory space, it relocated and re-registered the factory as Quannan Ruicai Silk Puff Cosmetics Factory in 2022. To further expand production, the factory moved again to Nanshan Road, Chengxiang Town, Quannan County in 2024.
